Up to ten minutes and we'll still do the full service. Later than that, we'll shorten it or move you to the next free chair.
Book a week ahead for Saturday mornings. Thursday evenings are the easiest late slot to get.
Under-12 cuts run Tuesday to Friday before 16:00, when the shop is quieter.
Send your preferred day and service. We reply by email with the closest open time, usually the same working day.

Yes, whenever a chair is free. We can't hold a place in a queue, so for a specific time — especially Saturdays — booking is the safer choice.
Reply to your confirmation email. Changes made more than 12 hours ahead are always free; inside that, we ask that you let us know as soon as you can.
No need. Come as you normally wear it so we can see how it sits. We'll wash it here if the cut calls for it.
Around two weeks of growth gives us enough to build an outline. Shorter than that, a line-up or a hot-towel shave usually works better.
Fades hold their shape for two to three weeks, classic cuts for four to six. We'll suggest a date that suits your style at the end of the visit.
Card and contactless are taken at the chair. Tips are never expected, and you won't be asked.
